Beer & Wine

Our mission for our beer and wine selection is in parallel to that of our food; to provide our guests authentic micro-crafted beer and quality wine that uses only the finest ingredients, brewed and harvested using time honored traditions.
We take great care in crafting our food, doing what we can to ensure the pedigree and integrity of each ingredient and we expect no less from the beer and wine we select. We look for those with the same dedication to their craft as we have to ours. Our goal is to then enable you to pair one of these great bottles or glasses with our food.
We feel our beers are crafted by brew masters that put quality ahead of all else and are dedicated to their craft’s tradition as much as they are to the beer they produce. We recognize that there are many great brewers, crafting with the same integrity as Bell’s and Backroad, but we take stock in committing to our local entrepreneurs, especially given the quality of their products.
The great abundance of wine to choose from lends itself to a head throbbing of equal proportion to that of an over abundance of residual tannins the next morning. Needless to say it is easy for this pizza guy to get lost. We continue to work on our winery selection, and continue to take recommendations. I enjoy the surprises that come from the small vineyards and what I call “peasant wines” as I do from the expected competency of a Barolo or Amarone. So therefore we try to have a selection of both, always looking for the next surprise.
Our beer and wine selection does change along with the seasons and we try to keep our site updated as changes occur. However, please recognize that sometimes those changes occur faster that we can update our list.
Each of our ingredients has the ability to stand on its own merits, so does each bottle of beer or glass of wine, but when each is married in the right combination . . . ahhh, a taste celebration occurs.
